Lynn Adams
Lynn earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design from Florida State University. As a licensed designer and a Certificate Holder with the National Council for Interior Design Qualification, she brings more than 30 years of Interior Design experience from Central Florida and the South Carolina Lowcountry to all the work she creates. This broad experience in fine Southern living gives her a unique perspective on Island home design, one dedicated to meeting the specific wants and needs of every project. She views every client as a partner, and is committed to working with them to design the special home they’ve worked so hard to make a reality.
Sharon Danyi, Allied ASID
Sharon received her degree in Interior Design from the University of Minnesota, and has over 30 years of experience with residential projects both large and small. Her career has taken her across the country, from Minneapolis-St Paul, to California, Ohio and now the Low Country, which has allowed her to develop an appreciation for many different design styles. Sharon expertly combines the functional and practical use of space with a unique and beautiful design aesthetic – one that creates a home that is relaxing, classic, and comfortably livable.
Susan Henz
Susan combines innovative ideas with the practicality of interior design to bring countless residential and commercial projects to life for her clients. With more than 30 years of experience, she has excellent communication and project management skills, and she enjoys creating a vision for restoration and refurbishment projects.
Susan selects and combines colors, surface treatments, fabrics, furniture and lighting to create tasteful, comfortable, functional and aesthetically pleasing interior designs. Her commercial work experience includes villas, timeshares, clubhouses, banks, offices and hospitality projects. Susan has a degree from the University of Missouri specializing in interior design.

Nancy Godowns
Born and raised in the Southeast, Nancy brings some 25 years of experience designing beautiful homes across the Lowcountry, the Coastal Empire and around the Southeast Coast to John Kilmer Fine Interiors. With a degree in Business from Georgia Southern, a decade of experience owning her own business (Calibogue House Furniture & Accessories) and ten years at the respected Fine Furniture Gallery, Nancy has demonstrated an extraordinary talent for helping customers create the types of custom interiors that show well and age better. Nancy knows firsthand how important the relationship is between client and designer, and she embraces every project as an opportunity to excel.
Denise Stringer
Denise Stringer has been creating distinctive, timeless interiors for her clientele for over thirty years. As an Interior Design professional, Denise’s main objective is to fulfill her client’s dreams and visions with her creative inspirations. Her total involvement through the design process delivers a skillfully executed end result. Exceptional interior detailing and comprehensive design knowledge has resulted in award-winning showplaces that have earned her accolades in the Interior Design world.
Denise’s creative insight enhances the building process for new construction and renovation projects. She integrates her valued interior design knowledge and experience with that of the architect and builder forming a well-versed design team that works closely with the client to achieve the optimal final product. Cris Taylor
Cris incorporates her extensive travel experiences into her interior design philosophy of warm, welcoming and casual elegance into styles that are comfortable, functional, versatile and reflect the desires and personality of the owner.
With more than 25 years of experience, Cris specializes in new construction, renovation and residential design. She has designed many projects in Palmetto Bluff, Colleton River, Hilton Head Island, Spring Island and cities across the United States. Cris lived in New Orleans, Washington DC, California, Missouri and has traveled extensively throughout Europe. Cris earned her design degree in Honolulu, Hawaii.
Casey Bryant
My Experience and Expertise was gained in New York City where I earned my design degree and designed hi-end residential homes on the upper east side of Manhattan and surrounding areas for over 15 years.
My Approach is flexible and responsive. I work with some clients who have a strong vision and I help them achieve it. Others are less sure and I guide them through the design process, helping them to formulate their own aesthetic as I go.
My Network of collaborating professionals include upholsterers, builders, artists, and artisans who share my vision.
I am licensed & insured in Bluffton SC but have worked on projects in Spain, Hong Kong, New York, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, and other cities in the US.
I enjoy the diversity and learning opportunities offered by working in communities other than my own.
